HOW DO WE BOOK A RESERVATION?
The most convenient way to book a reservation, is through our online booking system. Clicking the 'BOOK NOW' icon allows you to search time and availability on the experience(s) you wish to participate in. Although booking a reservation is recommended, walk-ins are always welcomed, based on availability.
HOW LONG ARE YOU IN THE ROOM FOR/HOW MANY HINTS DO WE GET?
You are given 45 minutes to escape your room. While in your room, you will receive 2 hints should you need them. If you are still stuck on a certain puzzle after you've used a hint, you are able to get recall hints on that puzzle until you pass it.
DO YOU TAKE ONLINE PAYMENTS?
No. All payments can be made at Decode Escape Rooms. We accept cash, debit, Visa, and MasterCard. (Sorry, we don't accept American Express.)
WILL WE HAVE TO SHARE OUR ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER GROUP?
No. Once you have booked your experience, your group will be the only one in the room. Additional people may be added to your booking, however, they can only be added by the person who made the original booking.
DO YOU PROVIDE A SAFE AREA WHERE WE CAN KEEP OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
Absolutely! We provide secure lockers in our lobby area for you, free of charge, to store your stuff during your experience. PHONES AND RECORDING DEVICES of any kind in the escape rooms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED! If you absolutely need your phone on you in case of emergency, you are allowed to bring it into the room with you, provided you do NOT use the camera or flashlight, as well as exit the room if you need to make or answer a phone call. Unfortunately if that does happen, we are not able to pause your time.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE THE THEMES OF YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS?
The themes and puzzles are changed every 9 months or so, depending on the demand of each particular room.
