HOW DO WE BOOK A RESERVATION?

The most convenient way to book a reservation, is through our online booking system. Clicking the 'BOOK NOW' icon allows you to search time and availability on the experience(s) you wish to participate in. Although booking a reservation is recommended, walk-ins are always welcomed, based on availability.

(We do NOT except online payments. All payments are made in person upon arriving)

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS?

There is no minimum age, however children under eight years old may have difficulties understanding the clues and solving the puzzles. That being said, we have had many younger children thoroughly enjoy their experience in our escape rooms.

CAN I LEAVE MY YOUNG CHILDREN IN YOUR ESCAPE ROOMS WHILE I DO MY SHOPPING?

As much as we love young children, children 12 and younger MUST have a group member 16 or older present with them in the escape room at all times.

WILL WE HAVE TO SHARE OUR ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER GROUP?

No. Once you have booked your experience, your group will be the only one in the room. Additional people may be added to your booking, however, they can only be added by the person who made the original booking.
